Once your order is submitted, our verification team will reach out to verify your order and shipping information before it is shipped. This is done to help avoid errors and ensure a smooth delivery experience, though your order will continue even if contact is not made.
If we are unable to reach the buyer after two (2) contact attempts, the order will be processed and shipped using the information provided at checkout. To avoid any issues, please ensure all details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.
Condition Used Part:
All our parts are OEM and are removed from vehicles of the same year, make, and model. Each part is thoroughly tested before shipping.
As these are used parts, they may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with the age of the vehicle. Parts will not appear brand new; however, they are guaranteed to be fully functional, free from defects or damage, and guaranteed to fit and work properly in your vehicle.
As an added advantage, our order fulfillment team will contact you after you place your order to confirm that you have selected the correct part before shipment.
Warranty Policy:
30 Days replacement Warranty Policy
Partsbay USA a first replacement warranty on eligible parts. This means that if the initial part you received is defective or damaged, we will provide one free replacement at no additional cost for the part itself.
If an issue occurs a second time, we will give the customer the option to either:
1. Receive a second replacement (if the customer wishes to proceed), or
2. Initiate a refund, which will be processed based on labor and shipping costs involved. Any applicable deductions—such as shipping fees or labor verification—will be reflected in the final refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect part, please contact our customer service department before returning the item. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. and will be provided by Partsbay USA
Returns Policy:
If a part is returned but does not meet the conditions outlined in our warranty terms, a 25% restocking fee may be applied, and shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Please note that parts that have been modified, disassembled for testing, or are not the original items shipped will not be eligible for a refund.
